This is raw multifloral runny honey, which has been extracted this year and has been lightly filtered. It has not been pasteurised or had anything added or taken away.
The colour and taste of the honey varies by season and from hive to hive with the early season honey tending to be lighter with a more delicate taste and later season honey being darker with a stronger honey taste - if you have a preference please let me know
